Check in is from 3pm – if you arrive early and your room is not ready, we are able to store your luggage for you. Check out is midday. Late check out is available at £10 per hour, until 4pm.(subject to availability)
Yes, we have step free access the hotel, with the bar, lounge, restaurant, reception and accessible toilets on the ground floor. There are also 13 fully accessible bedrooms, please contact the hotel to allocate this, should it be required.
We have a drop off point outside of the hotel, with several blue badge parking spaces on the ground floor of Kings Dock Multi-storey car park
Whilst we do not have our own car park, we recommend King’s Dock multi-story car park, located just next to the hotel. The cost is discounted to £12 per 24 hours for hotel guests, paid directly at the car park on exit. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve spaces. We do have a drop off point outside of the hotel for guest to use for up to 15 minutes.
