Pullman Liverpool

We often use the Pullman when visiting Liverpool, be it for business and leisure, and it is always consistently good, from the friendly, professional staff to the open and airy reception area, ultra clean lifts, corridors and rooms. Ah rooms. Modern, nicely finished and spotlessly clean, they score 5/5…

I stayed here with my daughter as we were attending an event at The Exhibition Centre. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed at reception and found out we had been upgraded to a river view room! The room was impeccably clean, well spotted and very comfortable. The free on demand films were a hit, and the reduced price parking was also appreciated. We had a lovely relaxing stay and will definitely try to book again the next time we come to Liverpool 5/5…

Visited Liverpool for one night and stayed at the Pullman Liverpool. Overnight parking was available next door to the hotel. Beautiful, well appointed decor and friendly staff. Beer on tap was brewed around the corner – simply fabulous. Hotel is walking distance from the Tate and there was a lovely buzz around the Dock area, lively cafes and bars in the vicinity 5/5…

This wasn’t our first stay at the Pullman, so the staff are obviously doing something right – on arrival we were warmly greeted and quickly checked in. Our room was as usual, spotlessly clean, with a huge bed, crisp white linen and a rainfall shower/wet room to die for! The room had floor to ceiling windows all down one side of the room – fine if you have a view, well our view was an uninterrupted one of the Mersey right across to the Wirral, while in the background was the brooding Snowdon… The view from the windows to the front of our room overlooked Albert Dock and beyond there to the Three Graces… The room itself has all modern conveniences including coffee machine, music, flat screen TV and (an essential) fridge! All the staff are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome – we enjoyed a nice lunch in the bar lounge area and breakfast would please everyone, there is so much choice, they score 5/5…
